Once a Certificate-of-Occupancy is
issued by the local government, we will find a tenant quickly through our
affiliated Real Estate Network, RE/MAX First. We will Negotiate & Have Signed
All Necessary Legal Documents in order to Lease the Property. Each month
thereafter we will collect the rents, maintain friendly relations with the
tenants, supervise any on-going maintenance and issue any legal notices
necessary to enforce the provisions of the lease.
If a tenant has to be removed we will
go to court in the owners behalf and after eviction, prepare the house for a new
tenant.
