The Initial Rehabilitation - We Will Evaluate the Necessary Repairs in order to
meet current city code and estimate the materials & labor to complete the
project. From start to finish, REMMM™ will be there to see that
the project runs smoothly and all repairs are done right.
On-Going Repairs & Maintenance - For
Tenant Occupied Properties, little things may break in the course on
their tenancy, it could be a sink faucet, toilet leak, furnace or
water heater. REMMM™ will coordinate the repair with the tenant and
contractor, supervising the repair's completion and the contractors
payment. |
